Here’s how it works:

• A custom logo setup fee of $25 USD applies for logos we haven’t used before.

• Once payment is made, please send us your logo sample via email at [email protected] or through our official WhatsApp numbers: +263 737 240 744.

• You can also include your customization request in the “Order Notes” box at checkout.

• Please note: All custom handbags are made to order, and due to high demand, there is a 21 working day waiting period before your order is ready for dispatch.
